I am very pleased with the services we received for our older Club Car golf cart. We had a lot

of upgrades and repairs done in only a few weeks. The service writer did an excellent job of

communicating with us and keeping us informed. Delivery/pickup department is also

exceptional. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

First off I never felt someone was trying to sell me anything, they at Electric Cart

Watersound just gave me info on all the carts and made me feel welcome. The other note I

want to share is once the sales were made the service just got better. They are first class

from sales staff to the product .

Eric was very helpful. No pressure - worked hard to earn our business and kept in contact

with us over a period of nearly a year while we were considering a purchase. He found us a

cart that met both our functional and financial criteria! I highly recommend him.

We visit 30A every year and for the past few years we have rented from the electric cart

company, we have always had top notch service and the golf carts are always in great

condition. I highly recommend using them.

Been using Electric Cart company for a lot of years and have purchased several carts from

them.. we love our Gem and its been well used over the years . They have kept it in good

shape. This last time my husband had a wreck with it, they were very prompt. Immediately

got the estimate and the next day it was picked up and fixed, returned 2 days later! Great

The process from booking to delivery was very smooth! The Golf Cart was perfect for getting

Cedrick took my call and was extremely helpful. Answered my questions and provided the

but not "pushy". He got us into a great cart and we received a good trade-in value for our

Tommy Pope is the best. We bought our cart at what I believe to be a fair price. It was

seamless. The gentleman who delivered it was fantastic. He went over every single feature,

and Im completely comfortable operating her. Follow up has been great. They dont throw

you out there to fend for yourself. thanks guys.

The customer service department is excellent. Each person I spoke to was courteous,

helpful and patient. I did have some issues with the portal as they required a lot of

additional information for the additional drivers that I did not have access to.

My son had the unfortunate experience of having an accident with one of Electric Cart Company's Carts. From the time I contacted them until we finalized payment, they were friendly, professional and efficient. I received before and after pictures and any information I might need for insurance purposes. The operations manager is amazing. However, Penny the receptionist is very rude and unhelpful.

Went in to get cart fixed. They told me how to fix it on my own for free. When needed something fixed at shop they had it picked up, fixed, and returned before I knew they had even picked it up

I purchased my Star Cart approximately one year ago, and have had an extremely positive experience. Since, I was new to the world of Golf Carts, it was important to me that I was able to speak to knowledgeable people, that didn't just want another sale, but wanted to establish a total relationship, to include sales, parts and especially service. During this past year, the staff from Electric Cart have never disappointed. From Murph in Sales, Kim in Rentals/Parts, Hanes in Service and Michelle who masterfully coordinated all the components to create my overall exceptional experience. They were very responsive to all my questions regarding the entire spectrum of my Cart, from an annual check up, to the minor issues of replacing a headlamp bulb. I paid for more than a form of transportation, I received an entire staff giving me their best efforts in minimizing my concerns, and providing me with a total package of convenience.

Michelle continued to assist me until an issue was resolved. She was patient and understanding.

Despite the fact I was buying a used cart that was less then half the price of there new carts they spent all the time I needed with me and made me feel like their most important customer

We had recall work done our Gem LSV. Electric Cart scheduled a time, picked it up and delivered it back to our house. My only complaint is that it was returned really dirty. I believe that it must have been kept outside while they had it, and it was pollen season. Other than that, everything was great.

I was impressed with the way the ownership handled a mechanical problem after the sale. My cart had battery and computer issues. The ownership committed to correct the issues to my satisfaction or they would replace the cart with a new model. After multiple "fixes" with intermittent success - the owner agreed to replace the cart even though they couldn't replicate our problem. We will purchase from the Electric Cart Company in the future due to their service after the sale
